📦 Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is missing parts

Return request must be raised within 4-5 days of receiving the product.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items used, altered, or washed after delivery

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale (if mentioned)

  • Personal care items once opened (for hygiene reasons)


📝 How to Request a Return

  2. Mention:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos or video of the issue

  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours


🔄 Return Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return steps

  • Product must be returned in original packaging

  • Items should be unused and in original condition


💰 Refund Policy

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed

  • Refunds are issued to:

    • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)

    • Store credit / bank transfer (for COD orders, if applicable)

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days


🔁 Replacement Policy

  • If eligible, we offer free replacement instead of a refund

  • Replacement will be shipped after return approval


🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs (if any) will be communicated clearly

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side
